Making Sense of the Research

     Before any progress can be made, it is essential for educators to be aware of what type of research is out there to support the many future students which we will support. It is difficult to speak on behalf of anyone who has yet to seek out research findings that explain the most recent state of education in Ontario to date.  Most often, research findings share various ways in which educators should be putting the students at the forefront to represent their successes. On the contrary, this section is here to remind us how our understanding and knowledge of teaching strategies, student feedback, and decision- making in practice is what will ultimately determine our effectiveness as an educator.
